The line is currently set up to run 2 oz shot bottles like a 5hr energy bottle at 150-180 BPM. The capper and unscrambler are fully adjustable and should be able to accommodate at least up to a 12 oz bottle. The only change parts you would need for the filler is a new timing screw and the sleever would need a new timing screw and mandrel. Fairly inexpensive parts that can be purchased from the manufacturer.
